You can create a tour that you can share with anyone that has Google Earth. First you should lay out where you want to go.
- From Fly To enter the first place and hit enter
- You need to add a place mark. Click on the place mark tool
- There is a trick. To place the marker where you want, you must be in edit mode as shown.
It has a square around it. At this point, you can move it with your mouse.
4. Mark all the places you want on your tour.
5. Once you have all your markers, you can record a tour.
6. Click on the “Record a Tour” button.
A small tool will appear; click on the red record button when you are ready. Notice there is a mic button so you can narrate your tour if you like.
7. I like to start with the view of the Earth. You can start there or double-click on the first marker in the Places window.
8. You can look around and play with the view, like move closer or do a street view.
9. Now move to the next marker by double clicking on it in the Places window.
10. Continue until you have gone through all of the markers. Click the red record button again to stop the recording.
11. Now a new tool will appear.
12. You can play your tour and if you are happy with it, click on the save icon (disk picture).
You will be able to edit the tour and add features. Google has great video instructions to do this at:
